Hosts

Each state account is managed by a Host who creates engages with followers on the accounts, publicizes local issues, and schedules and hosts Spaces to address them. Hosts will one or more Co-Hosts who help manage the Space, including introducing guests, managing time, bringing up new speakers, posting content, and dropping speakers not following the protocol.

Host Qualifications

While experience hosting Spaces is a plus, it is not a requirement. We will consider new Hosts based on experience with Spaces in general, public speaking, and online or other media forums such as podcasts or radio shows. The most important consideration is past, current, and consistent involvement on a grassroots level, particularly involvement in your local precinct, election integrity groups, students groups, parental right groups, agriculture, etc.

If you are interested in starting and hosting an AssembleX Space, please visit our X account and post a public comment.

Host Onboarding

Once a Host is identified, we will create the AssembleX account for your state and DM you to schedule a phone call for introductions and onboarding. After this call, you will have access to your account. From there, please do the following:

  • Create a DM group and invite the main AssembleX account.
  • Assemble your core team and invite them to the DM group.
    • Please only use the State DM group for AssembleX organizing.
  • Once the core group is together, please coordinate a date and time for a pre-launch Space for training and guidance.
  • Be sure and post the date and time options in the main AssembleX hosts DM group to ensure another State host is available for the pre-launch
  • Schedule the pre-launch Space from your State account. The host from the other State/s will attend to provide feedback and guidance.
    • The pre-launch Space will be public, so some X users/followers will join. Once the training portion is completed, Listeners will be prompted to request microphones, and the team will manage the Space.
  • After the pre-launch, work with your team to create the launch agenda, and the series date and time, then post it in the State’s DM group.
  • Once the launch agenda is finalized, schedule your launch from the State account.
  • Once the launch is scheduled, AssembleX and other accounts will promote
  • At this point, it’s all yours.

The AssembleX trademark was approved on 10/12/24. The word may be used in any font, size, color, style, etc., but must include all letters together (versus “assemble x” for example). When used in written form, please use a capital A and capital X.

Logo Usage: The logo will be added to profile banners in the individual State accounts as they are set up. It may be used in email signatures, but must be re-sized proportionally. Hosts will be provided with updated logos and other marks to replace as needed.

Profile Pictures: Our current protocol is to use the state flag or a rendition of the flag that is appropriate.
